This kit is designed for fast isolation of Total RNA from Saliva. Up to 1ml of Saliva can be processed per purification. The kit contains a membrane embedded in a spin column for binding Total RNA. Proteins, salts, and other impurities do not bind to the Column. Purified Total RNA can be applied in most molecular biology experiments, including RT-PCR, Real Time RT-PCR, Chip Analysis, High Throughput Sequencing, Northern Blot etc.
